1. Try Before You Buy – Live Demos
Most of our products include a fully functional live demo. We encourage you to test every feature, review product descriptions, and check all details before making a purchase. This helps you make an informed decision, as standard digital products are non‑refundable.
2. Dedicated Customer Support
Every product comes with dedicated customer support. If you encounter any issue, our team will work to resolve it. Bugs, errors, and technical problems will be fixed at no extra cost. Refunds are not necessary for common issues – we will fix them.
3. Digital Products – No General Refunds
Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for standard products once they have been downloaded or accessed. Refunds are only available for custom development / customization services under the specific conditions below.
4. Refunds for Custom Development / Customization Services
If you have purchased a custom development or customization service (e.g., a tailored feature, custom module, or a specifically modified version of a product), you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The delivered work does not match the agreed‑upon specifications or requirements after multiple attempts to correct it.
- You have communicated the issues clearly and given us a reasonable opportunity to fix them (typically up to two revisions).
- The issue is not due to a change in your requirements after the project started.
Refunds for custom services are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis and may be partial or full depending on the completed work.
5. Non‑Refundable Items
The following are strictly non‑refundable:
- Any standard digital product (non‑customized) once downloaded or accessed.
- Installation services, configuration help, or one‑time support sessions.
- Products purchased with cryptocurrency or tokens.
- Custom development services after the 14‑day window has passed.

7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account will be permanently suspended and you will be ineligible for future purchases or support.
